REGISTER GREEK, COMMUNITY (CTM/EM) OR INTERNATIONAL TRADEMARK
If you want to have a trademark registered in Greece, the EU or other countries, you may send your design/logo and we may give you a quote. Should you wish so, we may also perform only a background conflict check, concerning Greek, Community (CTM/EM) and Internalional trademarks.
REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION & RESIDENCE PERMIT
If you found a luxury real estate property in any of Greece's unique sites (for example Mykonos, Santorini, Corfu, Paxoi or even Athens or the Athens Riviera) and seek to proceed to a safe acquisition, do not hesitate to contact us since we enjoy vast experience in such transactions and we may propose any other professional necessary for such a transaction (e.g. civil engineer, architect, notary etc.) out of our already established network.
Moreover, under Greek Law, Third Country Nationals that acquire real estate (or conclude time time-sharing agreements of at least 10 years duration) in Greece, of value exceeding that of 250.000,00€, are entitled to a 5 year residence permit.
Our Office carries out all relevant legal tasks entailed in such transactions; liaising with or appointing real estate agents, consulting client on structure and potential implications of the transaction, carrying out property checks and due diligence, liaising with or appointing notary, processing transaction before tax authorities, registering the notarial act/s before the competent land registry or cadaster, liaising with banks (financing and register of prenotation), undertaking follow up of all clients' obligations in relation to the said estate (tax e.t.c.) and carrying out the whole procedure for the residence permit issuance and/or renewal.
