Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website that references this Privacy Policy, any KZ website, as well as any data the KZ may collect across partnered and unaffiliated sites.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to KZ’s service which can be accessed via our website at www.kzlawyers.gr or through our mobile application. For the time being we have included in the website information regarding our law firm and a platform whereby any user may send us a message and have not activated a newsletter function.

As already mentioned, we mainly collect such data when you send us a message using the website’s platform.
In the event you submit such information and we are not engaged to perform any kind of legal services to you or do not conclude any other agreement with you, within two (2) months’ time, this information will be permanently erased.
In the even we are engaged to perform legal services to you or conclude any other agreement with you, then, we process the data we have received (a) to provide our legal services under the mandate agreement with you as our client, (b) to assess or proceed to the execution of an agreement with you as a, potential or existing, client, employee, attorney at law, trainee, other consultant as well as other supplier, (c) to perform our legal obligations towards public and judicial authorities, (d) to protect our legitimate interests within the ambit of lodging a claim for our fees, protecting from any of your claims and to establish from a tax perspective of any services rendered or (e) based on your consent if any of the processing does not qualify in the above purposes and legal basis or processing.
With regard to data transfer in particular, we do not transfer the data to any third party, except for transferring them to (a) our e-mail client provider (b) our cloud legal practice management software provider and (c) our accountants based on legitimate interest to work effectively, (d) public and judicial authorities as well as other third parties when we are required by law to fulfill our obligations, (e) public and judicial authorities as well as other third parties based on our legitimate interests and (f) public and judicial authorities as well as other third parties such as your counterparties, any of your consultants or advisors including other attorneys at law, within the ambit of our client's mandate.
We keep these data stored at our e-mail client provider (Google Ireland Ltd.), for two months in our website provider (Weebly, Inc.), our legal practice management software, as well as locally in our information systems.
We have concluded an agreement provided under Art. 28 with our processors.
We retain the data for the time period provided by applicable law.
For the time being we do not send newsletters regarding legal services we offer and/or legal developments. Should we initiate sending such newsletters, Personal Date submitted to us by you which have not been erased as aforementioned, will be kept safe and be solely used for the purpose of reaching you with our newsletter service.
Non-Personal Information:
In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns of the Service.
IV. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We implement reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices in order to protect your personal data and ensure that such data is not accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. As aforementioned any of your personal data you submit through the platform of our website will be stored up to two months in Weebly.
